Our story

Why I started Etoc IT

I spent years working in IT — supporting businesses, fixing problems, keeping networks running. Along the way, I kept seeing the same thing: small businesses in towns like Bardstown being underserved by big-city providers who couldn't get on-site quickly, charged by the hour for everything, and handed off clients to whoever happened to answer the phone that day.

I started Etoc IT because I knew small businesses deserved better. Predictable pricing so you're not guessing what the bill will be. A real person who answers the phone and knows your setup. And someone who can actually show up — same day, in person — when things go wrong.

Bardstown is a community that takes care of its own. Etoc IT was built on that same principle: show up, do the work, and be someone your clients can rely on for years — not just until the contract is up.

How we work

Three things we never compromise on

These aren't values we hang on a wall — they're how every client interaction runs.

We pick up the phone

When something breaks, you reach a person — not a ticket system or a voicemail. If it's urgent, we treat it that way.

No surprises on the bill

Flat-rate monthly pricing means you always know what IT costs. No hourly meters, no hidden fees, no upsells you didn't ask for.

Security isn't an add-on

Every managed plan includes antivirus, patching, and monitoring. Protecting your data is part of the job — not something you have to pay extra for.
