How it works
Introduce us
Send us the business name and a contact at the company, or make a warm introduction over email.
They sign up
If it’s a fit, they become an Etoc IT managed services client with a signed Statement of Work.
You get $100
After they’ve been active and paid for 90 days, we send you a $100 gift card.
What a great referral looks like
The best referrals are small to midsize Kentucky businesses (typically 5 to 50 employees) that are frustrated with their current IT setup or have no IT support in place. Specifically, they probably need help with:
Program terms
- The referral must be a new Etoc IT prospect (not someone already in conversation with us).
- The referred business must sign up for an active Etoc IT managed services plan.
- The client must remain active and paid in good standing for 90 continuous days.
- The reward is paid within 15 days of the 90-day mark.
- One reward per referred business, no cap on how many businesses you can refer.
- Etoc IT retains discretion over whether to engage any particular prospect.
If a gift card isn’t appropriate for your situation:
Referral rewards are subject to the recipient’s employer gift policies. If a $100 gift card creates a conflict with your workplace rules, Etoc IT is happy to make a $100 donation to a local Nelson County nonprofit of your choice in your name instead. Tell us when you make the referral.
How to refer a business
Pick whichever is easiest for you:
- Email rob@etocit.com with the business name and a contact person.
- Call or text (502) 784-6481 with the referral details.
- Make a warm introduction over email by introducing us to your contact directly, cc’ing rob@etocit.com.
- Share the referral on social media: pass along a link to this page or share one of our Facebook posts.
When you refer, let us know how you prefer the reward. Gift card or $100 nonprofit donation, your call.
